The all-new Honda BR-V seems to have been quite the hit as it becomes Honda Cars Philippines’ top-selling vehicle in its lineup. It’s frankly a surprise, but it’s also expected as the market seems to be trending toward larger vehicles, yet the seven-seater MPV packs a lot of punch and features for its class.

Short for Bold Runabout Vehicle, the second-generation BR-V managed to garner a whopping 5,000 units sold since its launch some seven months ago. It’s no wonder given the magically spacious interior, compact yet stylish exterior, and decent fuel efficiency with a claimed 24.7km/L for the V CVT.

Combined with the usual Honda reliability and quality, it’s a compelling option for most folks in the market for a practical vehicle.

The BR-V’s SRP has been unchanged since its launch, with the MT S trim setting you back P1.09 million, and the top-trim VX CVT with Honda Sensing reaching P1.39 million. On top of HCPI’s “Drive to Win” test-drive campaign, an additional P20,000 discount is available across all variants until July 30.
