In case you’ve ever had to deal with the Land Transportation Office, you know there’s a lot of room for improvement with its countless satellites nationwide. To streamline the complaint process, the governing body launched the “Isumbong Mo Kay Chief” online platform.

All you have to do is scan a QR code and fill out the survey form. However, if you can’t use a QR scanner, you can access the form here. Alternatively, you may send an e-mail to ltoco.feedback@gmail.com.
It’s good that the LTO is going digital and paperless to make things more efficient. But whether it will listen to the feedback or not is another story.
