If you passed by the booth of Honda Cars Philippines during the Philippine International Motor Show last month, you might have spent some personal time with the latest iteration of the BR-V, albeit without much information to go with it.

Now, in celebration of HCPI’s 32nd anniversary, the company has announced the official launch date for the new people mover, alongside several details. And here’s the kicker: If you’re interested in buying one, you can go reserve one at the 37 Honda dealerships nationwide starting now.

For one, the BR-V will come in four variants: the top-of-the-line VX, the V, the S CVT, and the S MT, all powered by a 1.5-liter DOHC i-VTEC engine. There are no power figures yet, but you have a choice between a CVT and a manual transmission.

It has improved ground clearance, but we’re expecting it to come with both 17- and 16-inch alloy wheels. The cabin upholstery will come either in leather (on the VX and V variants) or fabric (on the S model grades). And for the first time on the model, it will come with a driver-side seat height adjustment and an adjustable steering wheel.

Finally, it will come in five different colors: Premium Opal White Silver (VX and V, with a P20,000 premium), Meteoroid Gray Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl (V and S CVT), Lunar Silver Metallic, and Taffeta White (S variants).
