The Honda Philippines motorcycle dealer network continues to grow with the recent opening of its newest flagship store in Baguio City. The first of its kind in the city and the company’s 10th flagship store nationwide, the 780sq-m facility features the whole catalog of Honda motorcycles including its Big Bikes line. It also has a customer lounge and full service area to cater to customers in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
“The pandemic brought a significant shift in customers’ habits. Riding a motorcycle became more relevant due to the growing delivery service sector and the increasing number of people looking at riding a motorbike as a hobby. Motorcycles are also considered one of the most convenient means of transportation as it lets motorists experience the joy of mobility amid the strict safety protocols set by the authorities,” said Jomel Jerezo, HPI senior assistant vice president for MC sales and supply chain management.
“And since travel restrictions in Baguio City are now easing up, this new flagship shop also aims to serve as a layover place for riders and big bike enthusiasts to check our exciting motorcycle lineups, especially this coming holiday season,” he added.
The store was formally inaugurated by Susumu Mitsuishi, the president of HPI, and Guanson Lo, the president of Guanzon Group of Companies.
Aside from Baguio City, Honda also has nine other flagship stores in Cebu, Davao, Makati, Cagayan de Oro, Bulacan, Batangas, Dumaguete, Cabanatuan and Aklan.
