Now that the Kaybiang Tunnel is off limits to “tourists” or motorcycle riders who just go to the place to take selfies, may we suggest a new destination for two-wheelers? What you see here is the soon-to-open Cleanfuel Motocross Park in Silang, Cavite. It’s situated on a 10,000sq-m property next to the fuel company’s station there, with the entrance to be located at the back of said station. It’s estimated to be a 10-minute drive from Tagaytay City.

Target opening is end of May, assuming nothing gets in the way of its construction (like, you know, an unprecedented rise in coronavirus cases). It will offer motorcycles and gear for rent, but visitors may definitely bring their own bikes. For everyone’s safety, Cleanfuel promises the presence of marshals and medics.

Will they finish the park by May this year? Let’s see. PHOTOS FROM CLEANFUEL

According to Cleanfuel marketing head Kris Lim, entry fees could be P1,000 per adult rider and P500 per junior rider (85cc and below). He clarifies, however, that nothing is final yet.

“The whole park can also be exclusively rented,” Lim adds.

Accomplished motorcycle rider Kenneth San Andres will serve as the facility’s “resident riding instructor,” Lim reveals.

At the moment, the constructors are working on the track and its lounges, shower rooms, and café. We will update you once we get more information about the park. For inquiries, you may call (0917) 810-0167 and (0998) 585-4542, or e-mail cleanfuelmktg@gmail.com.
